Knights add Riggles to 2022 signing class

North Platte, Neb. - Samantha Riggles, of Chattaroy, Wash., becomes the second player to sign with the North Platte Community College women's basketball program as part of their 2022 signing class.

Riggles has had a significant amount of success playing at the club and prep levels. Her talents helped propel her club team to championships in the Vegas Summer Series and Fall Ball Out in 2021, while her high school team finished third in the district this past season.

Sam is a multi-sport athlete who has earned all-league honors in basketball and volleyball during her prep career, while also being named the Riverside High School most valuable player in basketball and volleyball during her senior campaign.

"I loved the campus," said Riggles. "I love how athletics is a big part of the school and the family atmosphere within the team."

Sam is the daughter of Robert and Jewlynn Riggles and will look to pursue a degree in dental assisting beginning in the fall.
