Knights finish sixth at Bent Tree Intercollegiate
Council Bluffs, Iowa – The North Platte Community College men's golf team concluded play at the Bent Tree Intercollegiate on Tuesday afternoon in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Jayden Jones, David Winkelmann and Taytom Timbers led the way for the Knights. Jones finished in 33rd place with a 54-hole score of 242. Winkelmann played for par on 24 holes during the tournament, while his final round featured two birdies and nine pars.
Timbers round out the Knights top three with a score of 254 (+38) through the three-round tournament.
North Platte will return to the links for the Nebraska Intercollegiate in Kearney beginning on Friday, October 6.
