Elsie Ottun is this week’s featured athlete at North Platte Community College. Ottun is originally from Sargent and is a graduate of Twin Loup High School. 

She is a freshman setter for Knights Volleyball. Her accomplishments this season include 260 assists, 26 service aces and 122 digs.
