Mendoza-Rama places fifth at MCC Invite

McCook, Neb. - Esperanza Mendoza-Rama shot a collegiate best 91 on the final day to finish fifth in the field at the McCook Community College Invite on Friday.

Kaylee Carlson carded a 109 in the final round en route to an 11th place finish, while Kristyn Woolley concluded the tournament with a 12th place finish behind rounds of 119 and 114.

Knights will wrap up the fall season with the Grand View Invite at the Otter Creek Golf Course in Ankeny, Iowa on Oct 14-15.
